When I Think of Research.....

My simulation is important to the field of early childhood because I have seen many children lack education because of them not being able to handle how they were treated in the classroom. Most families don’t know how to be an advocate for themselves. Bias is a big problem in classrooms and it needs to stop so children can be able to earn a quality education. I have learned so much about Anti-bias and how to implement in the classroom and I feel that my simulation would also help caregivers to become more aware of the bias in their classroom. Having the proper materials in the classroom to make it anti-bias plays an important role in the social-emotional development of early childhood children.
If I were to conduct my simulation proposal it would benefit the early childhood children, families and the caregivers.
My perceptions of the ways of an early childhood professional have been modified in this course because at the beginning of this course I was thinking to myself about why is research important in the early childhood field. After taking the course I realize that research plays an important role in our daily lives in working with children because it helps to improve the way we teach children and stop talking about what we need to do and do it.

I would like to say this course has helped with the understanding of research and how important it is in the early childhood field and thanks to all who read my blog and I enjoyed reading yours.
